- You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or a company, or any legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.
Returns and Exchanges
Maxed Time does not accept returns or issue refunds, however we do allow (1) exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. Please contact us by phone at 770-396-3456 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with instructions on completing your exchange.
Ship your package and insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Maxed Time is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive from email@example.com and ensure that your name, and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
Maxed Time will contact you upon receipt of the package. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned watch has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-day period. All items must arrive back at Maxed Time in their original condition.
Changes to this Exchange and Returns Policy
We may update Our Exchange and Returns Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Exchange and Returns Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Exchange and Returns Policy.
